The short answer is you will need to check with your Homeowners Association. Generally, buildings under 200sf don’t require a permit, but you will want to verify this with your local city/county agencies.  

Building the shed depends greatly on the size and extras you would like. We are generally 2-8 weeks out for scheduling. Once you’re on the calendar- day of delivery it takes about an hour on your property. Manual installations (building the shed at your property) take 4-10 hours to complete.  

We accept cash, checks, or debit cards. Credit cards can be used with an additional 2% processing fee. Rent to Own is also available, contact us for more information.

We require 50% down payment to get you scheduled, with balance due upon completion. Your deposit enables us to reserve an installation date, purchase building materials and pre-cut the lumber for your shed.

Yes, our quotes include tax and delivery fees. We offer transparent pricing and quote with “no hidden charges” in mind.
